3. General information only — not clinical advice

The content on this website is general information about our services. It is not medical, clinical, legal or financial advice, and it does not replace advice from a qualified health professional about your individual circumstances. Using this website, or submitting an enquiry or referral form, does not create a service agreement or a clinical relationship with BCL.

4. Our services

Any services BCL provides are delivered under a separate written agreement, such as an NDIS service agreement or an aged care service agreement. If there is any inconsistency between these website terms and a service agreement, the service agreement applies to the services.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to: submit false or misleading information in our forms; interfere with the website’s operation or security; use the website to harass, defame or harm any person; or copy, scrape or reproduce website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

All content on this website — including text, images, the BCL name and logo, and branding — is owned by or licensed to BCL. You may view and print content for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
