Nurse-Led NDIS Support in the Redlands

The Redlands is supported directly from our head office at 7/66 Commercial Drive, Shailer Park, a short drive from Capalaba, Cleveland and Victoria Point. Because our clinical team works out of that office rather than a subcontracted network, support in the Redlands is nurse-led, and the person who assesses you is part of the same team that delivers your support.

Our head office at 7/66 Commercial Drive, Shailer Park sits a short drive from Capalaba, Alexandra Hills and Cleveland, so the Redlands is covered by our own team rather than a subcontracted network. Registered and enrolled nurses, occupational therapists, psychologists, social workers and support workers all work out of Shailer Park, which means a participant whose needs escalate stays with the same clinical team. It also means you can meet us in person. If you would rather talk across a table than over the phone, call ahead on 0493 376 525 and we will have the right person there.

Support shaped around the person

Support only works when it makes sense to the person receiving it. We match support workers to language, cultural background and personality wherever we can, book interpreters when we cannot, and involve families the way each family expects to be involved rather than the way a policy document assumes. Samoan, Maori, Vietnamese, Arabic, Dari, Hazaragi and Swahili speaking staff are on our roster.

Redlands suburbs we cover

From Shailer Park we cover Capalaba, Alexandra Hills, Birkdale, Thorneside and Wellington Point in the north. Through the centre we work in Cleveland, Ormiston, Thornlands and Sheldon. South we reach Victoria Point, Redland Bay, Mount Cotton and Coochiemudlo. If you live on one of the Southern Moreton Bay Islands, call us and we will confirm what we can cover.

Accommodation and complex care

Our supported independent living and accommodation capacity, along with high-intensity and complex nursing care, personal care, community participation and the full range of NDIS mental health supports, is coordinated from Shailer Park.
