At Better Care Living, we adhere to covid-19 safety measures to ensure our staff and participants are safe at all times. We abide by Queensland Government’s protocol to ensure the safety of all. Our staff are well-trained and are vaccinated accordingly.

Our staff are not allowed to provide care if they are positive with covid-19 or have covid-19 symptoms. We endeavour at all times to keeping our participants safe due to their vulnerability.

Avoiding exposure is the single most important way to prevent the spread of COVID-19. When providing care to people with disability and physical distancing cannot be maintained, our staff always wear face mask and other necessary PPE.

All our staff have undergone infection control training as required.
